Gearing up -

Prom dinner is Saturday night. . . and it looks like I'll be the only one doing this, this year :( Gotta make it special for our guests. . . . Steaks, orange chicken, stuffed shells, baked potatoes, salad, rice, and a slew of fancy desserts on a serving cart.
