Hunger Challenge thoughts

So, with the death in the family - I had to juggle some of my meal plan. Foods that I'd intended to spread out during the week, got eaten yesterday and today. I didn't have time to do otherwise.

Today, I started a yogurt culture , made homemade mayonaise, and boiled up eggs for future meals this week.

Already behind in posting for the challenge!

We had a death in the family, so that has taken me away from my computer, but not from the challenge.

Sunday breakfast:

glass of milk for dd and dh, tea for me
oatmeal with applesauce

Lunch:

cheese quesidillas
baked apples

Supper:

meatloaf burgers
herbed carrots
homemade slaw

Monday:

Breakfast:

banana/applesauce/green tea smoothie

Lunch:

tuna salad
lettuce
homemade crackers

Supper:

beef/noodles
buttered peas (from frozen)
cantelope

Hunger Challenge

Once again it's time for the hunger challenge (SNAP). This year we get $5/day per person to plan meals. We'll see how it goes.

Back on the diet

So - my weight has gotten out of control, yet again. . . so today I started back on the JUDD diet. It would be so much easier if I could exercise a bit.
